MORENO VALLEY CHURCH OF CHRIST
The Moreno Valley church of Christ is nestled in the heart of
the Moreno Valley in Eagle Nest, New Mexico. We are 10
minutes from the ski slopes of Angel Fire NM; 20 minutes from
the ski slopes of Red River, NM; and 45 minutes from the ski
slopes of Taos, NM. Eagle Nest is a beautiful array of
mountains, wildlife, and relaxation. The entire town is built
around a gorgeous lake that helps you to remember just how
great of a God we truly have.
We are a congregation of Christians who sport about 40 year
round members; however, it is not uncommon to have 200
members throughout most of the summer. At this time we are
searching for an individual who would work well with the local
congregation in reaching out to our surrounding communities
with the gospel and challenging the members to a deeper level
of spirituality.
APPLICANTS DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants are preferred to have a degree in Biblical Studies
from a Christian college or preaching school. We are
interested in candidates who are looking to work with a
congregation as either an intern or as a semi-retired minister.
We will review other candidates if interested in the position.
Applicants applying may be married or single. Good
communications skills, writing skills and the ability to work well
with others as a team player is essential. Applicants are asked
to submit the following:
A Ministry Portfolio that entails:
Applicants of interest will be asked to participate in an on-site
interactive interview process where the candidate will be
allowed to interview and be interviewed by the local
congregation. This will also be an opportunity for the
candidate to present on site lessons to the congregation.
